Review Management with re:spondelligent

1. Installation

  • By concluding a contract with re:spondelligent, you will be provided with a link:
    iwantto.review/...
  • Send us this link in an email including your desired review sentence, which should be linked in the review email.
  • aleno will do the linking

2. Configuration in aleno 

After re:spondelligent has been installed, guests who receive a review email and click on the link will be redirected to the re:spondelligent landing page where they can leave a review. 

➡️ In order for a guest to receive the evaluation e-mail, the reservation must be set to the status "Departed" in the aleno system (manually or automatically):

  1. You can decide individually for which shifts the evaluation e-mail should be activated. For example, only for reservations during the evening shift, etc. 
    To do this, navigate to your shifts and select a corresponding shift. 
  2. Scroll down and select the "Review e-mails" checkbox
  3. Save these settings for the shift.

💡 If the review mails are to be activated for all reservations, the steps mentioned must be activated in all shifts.
