Insights tab in aleno
Once you have activated Insights, you will see the Insights tab in the top row to the left of the restaurant name.
Select the desired dashboard
On the left side you can see the available dashboards. Simply select the dashboard you want by clicking on it.
Downloading reports
You can either download an entire dashboard or just a single report (e.g. guest list) in the respective dashboard.
Download the entire dashboard:
Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of the dashboard and then click on "Download":

To download a single report, simply move the mouse over the desired report and click on the 3 dots:
How to use filter
Filters are used to limit the data shown in the dashboards. Depending on the dashboard, a variety of filters are available for this purpose. The filters usually filter every report in the respective dashboard. Here is a brief explanation of the more complex filters.
Date filter
In the dashboard, the date filter is set to the last 12 months by default, but this can be changed:
- Specific timeframe (for example. 10.12.24 - 24.12.24.) -> select "is in range"
- Next year / month / week / day -> select "is next"
- Next x days: select "is" and "0 days ago" and "for X days"
Newsletter filter
There are various newsletter filters in the guest report:
Newsletter Subscribed & Newsletter Unsubscribed
To get an accurate list of guests who have subscribed to the newsletter, the "Newsletter Subscribed" filter must be set to Yes and the "Newsletter Unsubscribed" filter to No. This way you will get all guests who have subscribed to the newsletter, without those who have unsubscribed.
Reservation Questions Filter
In the dashboard under 'operative Dashboards > Future Reservations', there is a filter with "Reservation Questions"
The respective shift questions can be selected here. Only the guests who have answered the question will be shown in the guest list. For example, a list can be created of guests who have answered the allergy question. Or, for example, who have bought a certain menu.
