Customers using Protel can sync back information between aleno’s PMS description and Protel’s Restaurant Comment (notes for restaurants).
Enablig this two-way synchronization can enhance operations by keeping notes between the PMS and aleno in sync.
This feature is currently only available for a limited group of customers. It will be rolled out to all customers towards Q1 2025.
How does aleno handle duplicate profiles?
We want to help you keep your data in aleno of high quality. Therefore we have a number of safety checks to avoid creating duplicates
- How does aleno detect duplicate?
- If a profile coming from the PMS has the same first name and last name and email or phone number as a profile in aleno they are automatically matched.
- If not, we create a new profile.
