How can I connect more than one restaurant to Lightspeed?
Each restaurant requires an individual connection. Currently, the integration supports a 1:1 connection only.
Why can’t I see the reservation list in Lightspeed?
To view the reservation list in Lightspeed, ensure you have added the web extension button in your Lightspeed setup. Reservation button gives you direct access to your upcoming reservations so you can view and manage them easily.
I created a walkIn reservation in aleno, but I can’t see opened order on the table plan in Lightspeed.
Orders are opened automatically in Lightspeed only when reservation is set to seated status in aleno and the table name matches exactly between both systems. Please verify that your table names are identical in aleno and Lightspeed.
Why after updating the table assignment for reservation in POS, reservation table is not updated in aleno?
In the current version, table reassignment updates are not supported after a reservation has been seated.
We’re aware of this limitation and are working on a solution.
If I have multiple outlets connected, where can I view the revenue overview?
In aleno you can view insights on individual guest spending, including total revenue generated, spend per visit, and the products purchased. For an overall restaurant revenue overview, please check your Lightspeed dashboard.
Can I see all reservation from aleno in Lightspeed, for example reservations in partially arrived status?
Only reservations in ‘confirmed’, ‘reconfirmed’ and ‘seated’ status are synchronised and displayed in the reservation list in Lightspeed. Additionally, when a reservation status is updated to ‘seated’, an order is automatically opened on the corresponding table in POS.
Does my table plan in Lightspeed automatically update when I change the room layout in aleno?
No, table plans must be set up manually in both systems. Keeping identical table names across both systems ensures proper synchronization. Moving tables around will not affect the sync as long as the names remain the same.

No, table plans needs to be manually created in both systems, ensuring the ****same table names for proper synchronization.
Can I see guest tags from aleno in Lightspeed?
Yes, guest details as well as guest tags are synchronized and displayed in guest profile in Lightspeed.
Can I view the guest’s total spend in aleno after they’ve left?
Yes. The total spend per visit, along with all individual items purchased during the stay, is synchronized and visible under Guest Profile > Reservation Tab in aleno.
How are pre-sold experiences (sell Items) or deposits displayed in Lightspeed?
At the moment, pre-sold items from aleno are not deducted from Lightspeed bills. Item synchronization currently works one way, from Lightspeed to aleno.
