What is aleno Pay?
aleno Pay is aleno’s fully integrated payment solution for handling credit card details and payments directly within aleno.
It is used whenever:
-
credit card details are required as part of a reservation, or
-
payments are processed via aleno.
aleno Pay connects aleno with certified, PCI-compliant payment service providers, which securely handle all payment and card data. This ensures a seamless setup and a secure payment experience for both restaurants and guests.
When do I need aleno Pay?
You need aleno Pay if you want to:
-
enable no-show protection (credit card details are collected and tokenised)
-
charge guests in advance, for example for menus, tickets, or other items
-
(coming soon) sell vouchers via aleno
