Activating a rule triggers the automatic creation of reservations based on the criteria you set. This article explains what happens once a rule is activated.
- Automatic reservation creation:
- The system starts creating reservations according to the parameters you defined.
- Reservations will be created for all present and future hotel bookings that are confirmed.
- Continuous updates:
- Any changes in guest bookings, such as date changes or cancellations, will automatically update the corresponding restaurant reservations.
💡 Note that the process of creating reservations may take up to a few hours, as we are checking all non-past hotel bookings. If you don’t see reservations for a booking after you enabled a rule, wait at least a couple of hours to see if it shows up.
