Adjusting the Columns in BooqIn and Print

In this article, you will learn how to adjust the column view in both the BooqIn and Print views (PrintIn) to suit your needs, creating a more organized and user-friendly interface.

You can now customize the column view in the BooqIn view, dashboard boxes, and Print view (PrintIn) according to your individual needs. This helps to make the interface more user-friendly and organized, easing daily workflows.

How to Adjust the Column View:

Accessing the Configuration:

  • In BooqIn or Dashboard Boxes:

    • Click on the wrench icon in the upper-right corner of the BooqIn view.

  • For the Print View:

    • Click on the small printer icon in the top-right corner of BooqIn or SeatIn view.

    • Select "Print."

Configuration of the BooqIn view and dashboard boxes is available only to Account Owners and Admins.

The configuration of the Print view is also accessible to service users.

Adjusting Columns:

  • In the pop-up window, you can choose which columns to display (toggle slider ON/OFF).

  • Use drag-and-drop at the beginning of each row to change the order of the columns.

Saving Settings:

  • All adjustments are saved per restaurant. Once configured, the columns will be displayed for all users until the settings are changed again.

Availability in Dashboard Boxes:

This customization option is available not only in the BooqIn view but also in various boxes on the dashboard. This allows you to adjust columns in different areas of the system based on your needs.


PMS Integration Tip:

Especially with an active PMS integration, it's very helpful to sort and prioritize columns according to your needs. Move the columns that are most important for your workflow further up or to the left to achieve a faster and more efficient overview.
