PMS Integration – Working with Room Numbers
In this article, we’ll show you how to use room numbers to quickly create or find reservations as part of your PMS integration.
Creating a New Reservation
If a hotel guest wants to book a table at the restaurant, simply enter the room number with a #
in front – for example, #301
.
aleno will automatically suggest matching hotel bookings for the selected date and room number, including the guest’s name, contact details, length of stay, and booked package.
Now just select the guest profile to create the reservation.
Finding Existing Reservations
You can also use the room number to search for existing reservations.
Enter the room number with #
– either:

via the global search (magnifying glass icon in the top right) to search across multiple days:

or directly in BooqIn (list view) or SeatIn (table plan), if you already know the date/shift you're looking for:
